Ingredients
- 🥩 Pork shoulder – cubed
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🍷 Red wine – 1 cup
- 🌿 Rosemary – fresh sprigs

- 🥕 Carrots – diced
- 🍅 Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
- 🥣 Olive oil
- 🧂 Salt & pepper
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear the pork cubes in olive oil until browned on all sides.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until softened, then add carrots.
- 🍷 Deglaze the pot with red wine, scraping up any browned bits.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato paste, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- 🥘 Return pork to the pot, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
