Ingredients
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour (for poori)
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed (for sabzi)
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped (for sabzi)
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced (for sabzi)
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste (for sabzi)
- 🌿 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander powder)
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare sabzi: Sauté onions, add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and spices. Add potatoes and simmer.
- 🌾 Prepare poori dough: Mix whole wheat flour with water and knead into a stiff dough.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a deep pan for frying poories.
- ⚪ Roll out small circles from the dough and deep fry until golden brown and puffed up.
- 🍽️ Serve hot poories with potato sabzi. Garnish with cilantro.
