Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare aloo sabzi: Sauté onions, ginger, and chilies.
- 🍅 Add spices and boiled potatoes; cook until well combined.
- 🌾 Prepare poori dough and roll into small circles.
- 🔥 Fry poories in hot oil until golden brown and puffed up.
- 🍽️ Serve hot poories with aloo sabzi. Garnish with coriander.
