Ingredients
- 🐟 White Fish Fillets – 2
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, sliced
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs (thyme, parsley) – chopped
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Shallots – 2, minced
- 🍷 White Wine – 1/4 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🐟 Place fish fillets in a baking dish. Top with shallots, herbs, lemon slices, and butter.
- 🍷 Pour white wine over the fish.
- ⏲️ Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
