Ingredients

  • 🍚 Poha (flattened rice) – 1 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🥔 Potato – diced small
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🥜 Peanuts – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 💦 Rinse poha gently under water; set aside to soften.
  • 🔥 Heat oil, add mustard seeds and peanuts; let them splutter.
  • 🧅 Add onions, green chilies and potatoes; sauté until golden.
  • 🍚 Add softened poha, salt, turmeric; mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with cilantro before serving. ✨
