Ingredients
- 🍚 Poha (flattened rice) – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🥔 Potato – diced small
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🥜 Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 💦 Rinse poha gently under water; set aside to soften.
- 🔥 Heat oil, add mustard seeds and peanuts; let them splutter.
- 🧅 Add onions, green chilies and potatoes; sauté until golden.
- 🍚 Add softened poha, salt, turmeric; mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with cilantro before serving. ✨
