Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice flour – 1 cup
  • 🥥 Coconut – grated, 1/2 cup
  • 🌱 Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Podi (spice mix) – 2 tbsp
  • 💧 Water – as needed

Instructions

  • 🍚 Soak rice and fenugreek seeds. Grind to a smooth batter.
  • 🥥 Add grated coconut, salt, and podi to the batter. Mix well.
  • ♨️ Steam the batter in a greased dish until cooked through.
  • 🔪 Cut into pieces. Serve hot. Enjoy! ✨
