Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice flour – 1 cup
- 🥥 Coconut – grated, 1/2 cup
- 🌱 Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Podi (spice mix) – 2 tbsp
- 💧 Water – as needed
Instructions
- 🍚 Soak rice and fenugreek seeds. Grind to a smooth batter.
- 🥥 Add grated coconut, salt, and podi to the batter. Mix well.
- ♨️ Steam the batter in a greased dish until cooked through.
- 🔪 Cut into pieces. Serve hot. Enjoy! ✨
