Ingredients
- 🌾 Flour – 3 cups
- 💧 Water – 1.5 cups, lukewarm
- 酵母 Yeast – 2 tsp, active dry
- 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tsp (optional)
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine yeast, water, and honey (if using). Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- 🌾 In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
- ⏳ Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and flatten each into a circle.
- ♨️ Bake for 5-7 minutes, until puffed up. Serve warm and enjoy!
