Ingredients
- 🍚 Idli Rava – 1 cup
- 🌱 Urad Dal – 1/2 cup
- 🥜 Pistachios – 1/4 cup, ground
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Soak idli rava and urad dal separately for 4-5 hours.
- 🥣 Grind urad dal to a smooth batter. Mix with idli rava and ground pistachios. Add salt.
- ⏳ Let the batter ferment overnight or for 8-10 hours.
- ♨️ Steam in idli molds for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
- 🥣 Serve warm with chutney and sambar.
