Ingredients
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 2 cups
- 🫙 Condensed milk – 1 can
- 🍦 Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- 💚 Pistachios – 1/2 cup, shelled
- 🌰 Sugar – 1/4 cup
- 🧂 Salt – pinch
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat heavy cream in a saucepan, then stir in condensed milk.
- 🥄 Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- 💚 Grind half the pistachios and mix into the cream.
- 🌰 Caramelize sugar in a pan, add remaining pistachios to create a crunch.
- ❄️ Freeze the cream mixture for at least 6 hours, then crush pistachio crunch on top before serving.
