Ingredients

  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 2 cups
  • 🫙 Condensed milk – 1 can
  • 🍦 Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • 💚 Pistachios – 1/2 cup, shelled
  • 🌰 Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – pinch

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat heavy cream in a saucepan, then stir in condensed milk.
  • 🥄 Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • 💚 Grind half the pistachios and mix into the cream.
  • 🌰 Caramelize sugar in a pan, add remaining pistachios to create a crunch.
  • ❄️ Freeze the cream mixture for at least 6 hours, then crush pistachio crunch on top before serving.
