Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare syrup by simmering honey, water, and lemon juice. Add rose water at the end.
- 🌰 Layer phyllo dough sheets, brushing each with melted butter. Spread pistachios.
- 🔪 Repeat layers, then cut into diamond or square shapes before baking.
