Ingredients

  • 🍄 Pink oyster mushrooms – 8 oz
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🧅 Shallot – 1 small, finely chopped
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🧅 Add shallots and garlic; sauté until softened.
  • 🍄 Add pink oyster mushrooms and cook until tender and slightly browned.
  • 🌿 Stir in fresh herbs and lemon juice.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
