Ingredients
- 🍄 Pink oyster mushrooms – 8 oz
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🧅 Shallot – 1 small, finely chopped
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 🧅 Add shallots and garlic; sauté until softened.
- 🍄 Add pink oyster mushrooms and cook until tender and slightly browned.
- 🌿 Stir in fresh herbs and lemon juice.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
