- Padrón peppers (200-300g) 🌶️

Instructions
- Wash and dry the Padrón peppers thoroughly. 🧽
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. 🔥
- Add the peppers to the hot oil and cook, turning occasionally, until they are blistered and slightly softened. This should take 5-10 minutes. ⏲️
- Remove the peppers from the pan and place them on a plate. 🍽️
- Sprinkle generously with sea salt.🧂
