Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare the picanha by trimming excess fat, leaving a thin layer.
- 🧂 Generously salt the picanha on all sides with coarse salt and garlic powder.
- 🔥 Grill over high heat, fat-side down, until browned and crispy.
- ♨️ Flip and cook to desired internal temperature (medium-rare is recommended).
