Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
  • 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
  • 🫘 Kidney beans – boiled
  • 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🥄 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  • 🥔 Add potatoes, chickpeas, kidney beans and spices; mix well.
  • 💧 Add water, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
