Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
- 🫘 Kidney beans – boiled
- 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🥄 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- 🥔 Add potatoes, chickpeas, kidney beans and spices; mix well.
- 💧 Add water, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
