Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – 1/2 cup
- 🥛 Milk – 4 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
- 🌰 Almonds – slivered
- 🌿 Cardamom – a pinch
Instructions
- 🍚 Soak rice for 30 mins, then grind coarsely.
- 🥛 Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.
- 🥣 Add ground rice and cook on low heat, stirring continuously.
- 🍬 Stir in sugar and cardamom powder.
- 🌰 Garnish with almonds and chill before serving.
