Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice noodles – flat, dried

- 🌶️ Phad Thai sauce – store-bought or homemade
- 🍋 Lime wedges – for serving
Instructions
- 🍜 Soak rice noodles in warm water until softened.
- 🔥 Stir-fry shrimp until pink and cooked through, then set aside.
- 🍳 Scramble eggs in the wok, then add noodles and Phad Thai sauce.
- 🥘 Return shrimp to the wok, toss in bean sprouts and peanuts.
- 🍋 Serve immediately with lime wedges.
