Ingredients
- 🥜 Peanut butter – creamy
- 🍇 Jelly – any flavor
- 🧈 Butter – softened
- 🍚 Sugar – granulated
- 🥚 Egg – large
- 🌾 Flour – all-purpose
- 🥄 Baking soda – a pinch
Instructions
- 🥣 Cream together butter and sugar.
- 🥜 Add peanut butter and egg, mix well.
- 🌾 Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- 🍪 Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, add a thumbprint and fill with jelly.
- 🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
