Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened π§
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter π₯
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar π
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar π
- 1 large egg π₯
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract π₯
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour πΎ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda π₯
- 1/2 teaspoon salt π§
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam π
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). π₯
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. π₯£
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. π₯
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. πΎπ§
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. π₯
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets. πͺ
- Press a small indentation into the center of each cookie. π
- Fill each indentation with about 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry jam. π
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. β²οΈ
- Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. π
