Ingredients
- 🐐 Paya (Goat trotters) – 1 kg
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
- 🍞 Roti - 4
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- 🥘 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🌶️ Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- 🐐 Add paya and enough water to cover. Pressure cook for 8-10 whistles until tender.
- 🍲 Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot with roti. 🍞
