Ingredients

  • 🐐 Paya (Goat trotters) – 1 kg
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
  • 🍞 Roti - 4
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
  • 🥘 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🌶️ Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  • 🐐 Add paya and enough water to cover. Pressure cook for 8-10 whistles until tender.
  • 🍲 Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot with roti. 🍞
