Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – finely chopped
- 🫑 Bell Peppers – chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🍞 Pav – 8 pieces
- 🧈 Butter – for cooking and serving
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon – wedges for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan, add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and pav bhaji masala. Cook until tomatoes soften.
- 🥔 Add mashed potatoes, bell peppers, and salt. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes, mashing occasionally.
- 💧 Add water to adjust consistency. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 🍞 Toast pav with butter on a pan. Serve bhaji hot, garnished with cilantro, a dollop of butter, and a lemon wedge.
