Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – finely chopped
  • 🫑 Bell Peppers – chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🍞 Pav – 8 pieces
  • 🧈 Butter – for cooking and serving
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🍋 Lemon – wedges for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat butter in a pan, add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and pav bhaji masala. Cook until tomatoes soften.
  • 🥔 Add mashed potatoes, bell peppers, and salt. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes, mashing occasionally.
  • 💧 Add water to adjust consistency. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • 🍞 Toast pav with butter on a pan. Serve bhaji hot, garnished with cilantro, a dollop of butter, and a lemon wedge.
