Ingredients
- π Chicken pieces β bite-sized
- π₯£ Besan (gram flour) β for coating
- πΆοΈ Green chilies β finely chopped
- π« Ginger-garlic paste β 1 tbsp
- π Lemon juice β 1 tbsp
- πΏ Fresh coriander β chopped
- π§ Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) β to taste
- π§ Onion β thinly sliced
- π« Oil β for frying
Instructions
- π₯£ Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices.
- π§ Prepare batter with besan, sliced onions, green chilies, coriander, and water.
- π Dip marinated chicken in batter and ensure itβs fully coated.
- π₯ Heat oil in a pan and carefully drop the chicken pieces to fry.
- β¨ Fry until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
