Ingredients

  • 🐑 Mutton – 500g, cubed
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
  • 🫙 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2-3, slit
  • 🌿 Spices – Turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
  • 🪨 Stone Slab – For cooking (traditionally)
  • 🌻 Oil – For cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Marinate mutton with ginger-garlic paste, spices, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🪨 Heat the stone slab slowly over a low flame.
  • 🧅 Add oil to the hot stone, then add sliced onions and green chilies. Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🐑 Place the marinated mutton pieces on the hot stone and cook, turning occasionally, until tender and cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
