Ingredients
- 🐚 Scallops – 500g
- 🧈 Butter – 50g
- 🧅 Shallots – 2 finely chopped
- 🥛 Cream – 100ml
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) – 2 tbsp chopped
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan and sauté shallots until softened.
- 🐚 Add scallops and cook until just cooked through.
- 🥣 Transfer to a food processor with cream, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- 🌪️ Blend until smooth.
- 🧊 Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with bread or crackers.
