Ingredients

  • 🐚 Scallops – 500g
  • 🧈 Butter – 50g
  • 🧅 Shallots – 2 finely chopped
  • 🥛 Cream – 100ml
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) – 2 tbsp chopped
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Melt butter in a pan and sauté shallots until softened.
  • 🐚 Add scallops and cook until just cooked through.
  • 🥣 Transfer to a food processor with cream, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • 🌪️ Blend until smooth.
  • 🧊 Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with bread or crackers.
