Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – 2 lbs, peeled and cubed
  • 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup
  • 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ White pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥔 Boil potatoes until tender.
  • Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
  • 🥛 Add milk and butter, then mash until smooth and creamy.
  • 🌿 Stir in parsley, salt, and white pepper.
  • Serve hot as a side dish.
