Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – 2 lbs, peeled and cubed
- 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ White pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥔 Boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
- 🥛 Add milk and butter, then mash until smooth and creamy.
- 🌿 Stir in parsley, salt, and white pepper.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
