Instructions
- 🥔 Mash potatoes and mix with onion, cilantro, and green chilies.
- 🌾 Knead dough with wheat flour and water.
- ⚪ Roll out dough, stuff with potato mixture, and seal.
- 🍳 Cook on a hot griddle with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
