Ingredients

- 🍅 Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons

Instructions
- 🔥 Brown rabbit pieces in olive oil in a large pot.
- 🧅 Add onion, carrots, and garlic; cook until softened.
- 🍷 Deglaze the pot with white wine, then add tomato paste and herbs.
