Ingredients
- 🧀 Paneer – crumbled
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – for dough
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🧈 Ghee or butter – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare a soft dough with wheat flour and water.
- 🔥 Sauté onions and chilies, then mix with crumbled paneer and coriander.
- 🫓 Stuff the paneer mixture into small dough balls and roll into parathas.
- 🍳 Cook the parathas on a hot griddle with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
