Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – crumbled
  • 🌾 Whole wheat flour – for dough

  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🧈 Ghee or butter – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare a soft dough with wheat flour and water.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions and chilies, then mix with crumbled paneer and coriander.
  • 🫓 Stuff the paneer mixture into small dough balls and roll into parathas.
  • 🍳 Cook the parathas on a hot griddle with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot with yogurt or chutney. 🍵
