Ingredients
- 🍚 All-purpose flour – for the dough
- 🥛 Paneer – crumbled
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – minced
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Spices – to taste
- 💧 Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare a smooth dough with flour and water. Let it rest.
- 🧀 For the filling, mix crumbled paneer, chopped onions, chilies, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste and spices.
- 🥟 Roll out small circles from the dough, add the filling and shape into momos.
- ♨️ Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 🌶️ Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
