Ingredients

  • 🍚 All-purpose flour – for the dough
  • 🥛 Paneer – crumbled
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – minced
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Spices – to taste
  • 💧 Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare a smooth dough with flour and water. Let it rest.
  • 🧀 For the filling, mix crumbled paneer, chopped onions, chilies, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste and spices.
  • 🥟 Roll out small circles from the dough, add the filling and shape into momos.
  • ♨️ Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • 🌶️ Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
