Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – 200g cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🧈 Ghee or Oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Turmeric and Chili powder – ½ tsp each
  • 🧂 Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 2 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  • 🍳 Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree, cooking until the oil starts to separate.
  • 🧂 Stir in the spices and a half cup of water to create a smooth, simmering gravy.
  • 🧀 Gently add the paneer cubes and cook on low heat for 5 minutes so they soak up the flavor.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh coriander and a swirl of cream before serving hot with naan or rice.
