Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🥛 Paneer – cubed
- 🧅 Onions – sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
- 🌿 Mint Leaves – fresh
- 🫙 Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Ghee – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Fry paneer cubes until golden brown and set aside.
- 🧅 Sauté sliced onions until golden brown.
- 🍚 Layer rice, fried paneer, and fried onions in a pot.
- 🌿 Add mint leaves and biryani masala.
- 💧 Add water and ghee, then cook on low heat until rice is cooked.
