Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
  • 🥛 Paneer – cubed
  • 🧅 Onions – sliced
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
  • 🌿 Mint Leaves – fresh
  • 🫙 Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🥄 Ghee – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Fry paneer cubes until golden brown and set aside.
  • 🧅 Sauté sliced onions until golden brown.
  • 🍚 Layer rice, fried paneer, and fried onions in a pot.
  • 🌿 Add mint leaves and biryani masala.
  • 💧 Add water and ghee, then cook on low heat until rice is cooked.
