Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – crumbled
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chili – chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Coriander – chopped (for garnish)
  • 🥄 Cooking Oil
  • 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Chili powder, Garam masala)
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato, green chili (if using), and cook until soft.
  • 🧂 Add spices and cook for another minute.
  • 🧀 Add crumbled paneer, mix well, and cook until heated through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or bread.
