Ingredients
- 🧀 Paneer – crumbled
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chili – chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Coriander – chopped (for garnish)
- 🥄 Cooking Oil
- 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Chili powder, Garam masala)
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato, green chili (if using), and cook until soft.
- 🧂 Add spices and cook for another minute.
- 🧀 Add crumbled paneer, mix well, and cook until heated through.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or bread.
