Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – 250g, cubed
  • 🥥 Coconut – grated
  • 🟢 Green chilies – 2, chopped
  • 🌱 Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • 🌼 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌿 Mustard oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix paneer, coconut, green chilies, mustard seeds, turmeric, salt, and mustard oil in a bowl.
  • 🍃 Wrap the mixture in a banana leaf or place in a heat-safe container.
  • ♨️ Steam for 20-25 minutes until the paneer is cooked through.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot with rice or roti.
