Ingredients
- 🧀 Paneer – 250g, cubed
- 🥥 Coconut – grated
- 🟢 Green chilies – 2, chopped
- 🌱 Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- 🌼 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌿 Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix paneer, coconut, green chilies, mustard seeds, turmeric, salt, and mustard oil in a bowl.
- 🍃 Wrap the mixture in a banana leaf or place in a heat-safe container.
- ♨️ Steam for 20-25 minutes until the paneer is cooked through.
- 🍽️ Serve hot with rice or roti.
