Ingredients

  • 🍞 Bread slices – 4
  • 🧀 Paneer – 100g, crumbled
  • 🌿 Fresh basil leaves – 1/4 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chili – 1, finely chopped (optional)
  • 🧈 Butter – for spreading
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🖤 Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🧀 In a bowl, mix crumbled paneer, chopped basil, onion, green chili (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • 🍞 Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • 🌿 Place the paneer-basil mixture on two bread slices.
  • 🥪 Cover with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
  • 🔥 Toast the sandwiches on a pan or in a sandwich maker until golden brown and crisp.
