Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread slices – 4
- 🧀 Paneer – 100g, crumbled
- 🌿 Fresh basil leaves – 1/4 cup
- 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chili – 1, finely chopped (optional)
- 🧈 Butter – for spreading
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🖤 Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🧀 In a bowl, mix crumbled paneer, chopped basil, onion, green chili (if using), salt, and pepper.
- 🍞 Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- 🌿 Place the paneer-basil mixture on two bread slices.
- 🥪 Cover with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- 🔥 Toast the sandwiches on a pan or in a sandwich maker until golden brown and crisp.
