Ingredients

  • 🥚 Egg – for egg wash

Instructions

  • 🌡️ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 🍃 Mix pandan extract and coconut milk.
  • 🥐 Brush the mixture on the croissant before baking.
  • 🥚 Apply egg wash and sprinkle sugar on top.
  • 🔥 Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
