Ingredients
- 🥐 Croissant dough – store-bought or homemade
- 🍃 Pandan extract – 1 tsp
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 2 tbsp
- 🥚 Egg – for egg wash
- 🍚 Sugar – for sprinkling
Instructions
- 🌡️ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🍃 Mix pandan extract and coconut milk.
- 🥐 Brush the mixture on the croissant before baking.
- 🥚 Apply egg wash and sprinkle sugar on top.
