- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish
- 🍚 Cooked rice – to serve
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices; cook until oil separates.
- 🐔 Add chicken pieces and cook until tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice. 🍚
