Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🍜 Noodles – 1 cup
  • 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – 1 cup, diced
  • 🥦 Mixed Vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peas) – 1 cup
  • 🌶️ Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Ginger – 1 tsp, minced
  • 🍶 Sesame Oil – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Stir-fry the chicken or tofu in sesame oil until cooked through.
  • 🥦 Add the mixed vegetables and ginger, and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  • 🍜 Add cooked rice and noodles to the pan.
  • 🌶️ Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine.
  • 🍱 Serve hot as a complete meal in a tiffin box.
