Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🍜 Noodles – 1 cup
- 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – 1 cup, diced
- 🥦 Mixed Vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peas) – 1 cup
- 🌶️ Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger – 1 tsp, minced
- 🍶 Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry the chicken or tofu in sesame oil until cooked through.
- 🥦 Add the mixed vegetables and ginger, and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- 🍜 Add cooked rice and noodles to the pan.
- 🌶️ Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine.
- 🍱 Serve hot as a complete meal in a tiffin box.
