Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🍜 Noodles – 4 oz
- 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
- 🐔 Chicken or Tofu – 8 oz, cubed
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
- 🥜 Peanuts – 1/4 cup, chopped
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry vegetables, chicken/tofu, garlic, and ginger until cooked.
- 🍜 Add cooked noodles and rice to the pan.
- 🍶 In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey, then pour over the mixture.
- 🥘 Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- 🥜 Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve hot. ✨
