Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🍜 Noodles – 4 oz
  • 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 🐔 Chicken or Tofu – 8 oz, cubed
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
  • 🥜 Peanuts – 1/4 cup, chopped

Instructions

  • 🔥 Stir-fry vegetables, chicken/tofu, garlic, and ginger until cooked.
  • 🍜 Add cooked noodles and rice to the pan.
  • 🍶 In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey, then pour over the mixture.
  • 🥘 Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • 🥜 Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve hot. ✨
