Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken – 1 lb, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 tbsp, minced
  • 🥥 Dry coconut – 2 tbsp, grated
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Cooking oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and curry leaves, sauté for a minute.
  • 🐔 Add chicken pieces and turmeric powder, sauté until chicken turns white.
  • 🥥 Add grated coconut and salt, cook until chicken is cooked through and slightly dry.
  • ✨ Serve hot with rice or roti.
