Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken – 1 lb, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 tbsp, minced
- 🥥 Dry coconut – 2 tbsp, grated
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add garlic and curry leaves, sauté for a minute.
- 🐔 Add chicken pieces and turmeric powder, sauté until chicken turns white.
- 🥥 Add grated coconut and salt, cook until chicken is cooked through and slightly dry.
- ✨ Serve hot with rice or roti.
