Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🥬 Mix spinach, onions, chilies, ginger, and spices into the flour.
  • 💧 Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  • ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  • 🔥 Roll out the dough into parathas and cook on a hot griddle with ghee or oil.
  • ♨️ Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
