Ingredients
- 🥬 Spinach – finely chopped
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – for dough
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – minced
- 🧄 Ginger – grated
- 🌿 Spices – turmeric, cumin, coriander
Instructions
- 🥬 Mix spinach, onions, chilies, ginger, and spices into the flour.
- 💧 Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
- ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Roll out the dough into parathas and cook on a hot griddle with ghee or oil.
- ♨️ Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
