Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and chili, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 🥩 Add ground meat, stir-fry until cooked.
  • 🌿 Add holy basil, stir-fry quickly.
  • 🧂 Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to taste.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice and a fried egg on top.
