- 🌶️ Chili – 2, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🥩 Ground Meat (chicken/pork) – 200g
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – for serving
- 🍳 Fried Egg – (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and chili, stir-fry until fragrant.
- 🥩 Add ground meat, stir-fry until cooked.
- 🌿 Add holy basil, stir-fry quickly.
- 🧂 Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to taste.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice and a fried egg on top.
