Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
  • 🌿 Mint Leaves – fresh
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies (Pachimirchi) – slit
  • 🧀 Paneer – cubed
  • 🧅 Onions – sliced
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 🥄 Biryani Masala
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice
  • 💧 Ghee/Oil

Instructions

  • 🧅 Fry onions until golden brown and set aside.
  • 🌶️ Sauté green chilies and paneer until lightly browned.
  • 🍚 Layer rice, paneer, fried onions, and mint in a pot.
  • 💧 Add water/broth and biryani masala; cover and cook on low heat.
  • 🍋 Garnish with lemon juice and serve hot with raita.
