Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🌿 Mint Leaves – fresh
- 🌶️ Green Chilies (Pachimirchi) – slit
- 🧀 Paneer – cubed
- 🧅 Onions – sliced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 🥄 Biryani Masala
- 🍋 Lemon Juice
- 💧 Ghee/Oil
Instructions
- 🧅 Fry onions until golden brown and set aside.
- 🌶️ Sauté green chilies and paneer until lightly browned.
- 🍚 Layer rice, paneer, fried onions, and mint in a pot.
- 💧 Add water/broth and biryani masala; cover and cook on low heat.
- 🍋 Garnish with lemon juice and serve hot with raita.
