Ingredients

  • 🌿 Paan leaves – fresh and tender
  • 🥔 Boiled Potatoes – cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped (optional)
  • 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
  • 🥭 Mango Chutney – for sweetness
  • 🌿 Mint Chutney – for tanginess
  • 🥄 Yogurt – whisked
  • 🫙 Sev – for garnish
  • 🧂 Chaat Masala – to taste

Instructions

  • 🌿 Wash and pat dry the paan leaves. Chop them finely.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix chopped paan leaves with potatoes, onions, chickpeas, and green chilies (if using).
  • 🥭 Add mango chutney, mint chutney, and yogurt. Mix gently.
  • 🥄 Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with sev and sprinkle chaat masala.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing Paan Patta Chaat!
