Ingredients
- 🌿 Paan leaves – fresh and tender
- 🥔 Boiled Potatoes – cubed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
- 🥭 Mango Chutney – for sweetness
- 🌿 Mint Chutney – for tanginess
- 🥄 Yogurt – whisked
- 🫙 Sev – for garnish
- 🧂 Chaat Masala – to taste
Instructions
- 🌿 Wash and pat dry the paan leaves. Chop them finely.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix chopped paan leaves with potatoes, onions, chickpeas, and green chilies (if using).
- 🥭 Add mango chutney, mint chutney, and yogurt. Mix gently.
- 🥄 Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with sev and sprinkle chaat masala.
