- Mirin – 2 tablespoons
- Ginger – 1 teaspoon, grated

- Sesame oil – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with soy sauce, mirin, ginger, sugar, and sesame oil for at least 15 minutes.
