Ingredients

  • 🥟 Wonton wrappers – 24 pieces
  • 🥩 Ground pork or chicken – 1/2 lb
  • 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Green onions – 2 stalks, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
  • 💧 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍚 Cornstarch – 1 tsp
  • 🥚 Egg – 1, beaten (for sealing)

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, combine ground meat, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  • 🥄 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  • 💧 Brush edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and fold to form wontons.
  • ♨️ Boil in water for 5-7 minutes until they float and are cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy! ✨
