Ingredients
- 🥟 Wonton wrappers – 24 pieces
- 🥩 Ground pork or chicken – 1/2 lb
- 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
- 🧅 Green onions – 2 stalks, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
- 💧 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Cornstarch – 1 tsp
- 🥚 Egg – 1, beaten (for sealing)
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine ground meat, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well.
- 🥄 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- 💧 Brush edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and fold to form wontons.
- ♨️ Boil in water for 5-7 minutes until they float and are cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy! ✨
