Ingredients

  • 🍫 Cocoa Powder – for dusting
  • 🍶 Sugar – granulated
  • Optional Liqueur 🥃

Instructions

  • 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
  • 🧀 Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  • ✨ In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  • ☕ Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer in a dish.
  • 🍫 Alternate layers of ladyfingers and mascarpone cream, finishing with a dusting of cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
