Ingredients
- ☕ Espresso – freshly brewed
- 🥮 Ladyfingers – for layering
- 🧀 Mascarpone – creamy Italian cheese

- Optional Liqueur 🥃
Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- 🧀 Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- ✨ In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- ☕ Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer in a dish.
- 🍫 Alternate layers of ladyfingers and mascarpone cream, finishing with a dusting of cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
