Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed

  • 🫓 Samosa pastry sheets
  • 🫘 Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🌶️ Add green chilies (if using) and sauté for a minute.
  • 🥔 Add mashed potatoes, peas, and spices. Mix well.
  • 🌿 Stir in cilantro and cook for a few minutes.
  • 🫓 Arrange samosa pastry sheets on a baking tray, fill with the potato mixture, and bake until golden brown.
