Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫛 Peas – frozen or fresh
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🫓 Samosa pastry sheets
- 🫘 Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies (if using) and sauté for a minute.
- 🥔 Add mashed potatoes, peas, and spices. Mix well.
- 🌿 Stir in cilantro and cook for a few minutes.
- 🫓 Arrange samosa pastry sheets on a baking tray, fill with the potato mixture, and bake until golden brown.
