Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  • 🌶️ Add chili powder, coriander powder, and salt; sauté for a minute.
  • 🫘 Add chickpeas and water, bring to a boil, then simmer until tender. Serve hot with rice.🍚
