- 🫘 Chickpeas – 1 cup soaked

Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- 🌶️ Add chili powder, coriander powder, and salt; sauté for a minute.
