Ingredients
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, sliced
- 🌶️ Dried Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
- 🌿 Fresh Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🖤 Black Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water.
- 🧄 In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, cook until garlic is golden but not burnt.
- 🍝 Add cooked spaghetti to the pan. Toss well to coat, adding pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy! ✨
