Ingredients

  • 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, sliced
  • 🌶️ Dried Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
  • 🌿 Fresh Parsley – chopped, for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🖤 Black Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water.
  • 🧄 In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, cook until garlic is golden but not burnt.
  • 🍝 Add cooked spaghetti to the pan. Toss well to coat, adding pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy! ✨
