Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • 🥓 Spam – diced
  • 🍳 Eggs – 2
  • 🥬 Seaweed – for wrapping
  • 🍙 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🍳 Scramble eggs lightly and set aside.
  • 🥓 Fry diced Spam until golden brown.
  • 🍙 Mix rice with a little soy sauce.
  • 🍙 Form rice into balls, top with egg and Spam.
  • 🥬 Wrap with seaweed and serve.
