Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🥓 Spam – diced
- 🍳 Eggs – 2
- 🥬 Seaweed – for wrapping
- 🍙 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍳 Scramble eggs lightly and set aside.
- 🥓 Fry diced Spam until golden brown.
- 🍙 Mix rice with a little soy sauce.
- 🍙 Form rice into balls, top with egg and Spam.
- 🥬 Wrap with seaweed and serve.
