Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • ♨️ Cover and microwave in short intervals, stirring in between, until a sticky dough forms.
  • ✨ Dust a surface with potato starch or cornstarch.
  • 🖐️ Divide the dough into small portions and flatten each one.
  • 🍓 Place a portion of sweet filling in the center of each flattened dough piece and wrap the dough around it to form a ball.
